After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 7-10 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.

As an associate of American Hotel, you have an obligation to report any conduct that may be unethical, illegal, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies. Reports or concerns can be made to your manager, supervisor, or Human Resources. However, if you do not feel comfortable doing so, and would simply prefer to make a confidential or anonymous report, you can file a report on this website or speak directly to an operator in English or Spanish by dialing our Confidential Company tipline toll-free at 1-866-894-1640.
The tipline and website are managed by EthicsPoint, a third party provider, to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information. If you request to remain anonymous when making a report, your identity will not be revealed to the Company. American Hotel’s Human Resources and Legal Departments will only be notified of the facts listed in your report. If you choose to make a report anonymously, we would encourage you to provide as much detail as possible so a complete and thorough investigation can be conducted.
All reports or phone calls must reflect legitimate concerns that you believe should be investigated. If you are aware of a customer or supplier who has issues or concerns, please direct them to use this service as well. American Hotel will not permit retaliation for any reports made in good faith.
